Our caravan is sited in its own private garden on our farm. It is ½ mile from the coastal path and 1½ miles from the centre of New Quay. It has magnificent views of Cardigan Bay and the mountains beyond. 

The Caravan

Our 6/8 berth caravan is beautifully positioned with panoramic views of the coastline and farmland, sited in its own secluded garden on a sheep farm. An ideal spot for those who want a peaceful location with the added bonus of being only 1½ miles from the quiet fishing village of New Quay.

The spacious caravan consists of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom plus one double/twin bedroom with the option of an extra two berths in the dining area.  The caravan is fully fitted with a TV, gas fire, full-size fridge, cooker, microwave, crockery, pots and pans etc. There are electric heaters to all bedrooms and the shower-room. There is a seating area outside of the caravan which is a perfect location for a barbeque (also supplied).

The Farm

Ty’r Ffynnon is a working sheep farm. Therefore, during season, there is the possibility of helping with feeding the lambs and witnessing their births. We also have chickens where fresh eggs can be collected and feeds assisted. If you just want to relax we have a beautiful and well-established fish pond which is the perfect location to sit in peace and enjoy your holiday read. 

Additional Information

Secure storage and washing down facilities are provided for bikes; boats and trailers can be accommodated 
at an additional charge if requested. 

Gas, electricity and all bedding are included.

Cot/camping cot, high chair and other baby items available on request although cot bedding is not supplied.

Smoking is not permitted in the caravan and we do not accept pets.
