We are within walking distance of New Quay's beaches, harbour, restaurants, pubs and shops. From the harbour, Dolphins can be regularly seen and boat trips are available (depending on weather) from the pier.

Conveniently situated on the A487 coast road just a few miles from the beaches of Cwmtydu and New Quay, this comfortable B&B next door to the Plwmp shop and post office is 9.4 miles south of Aberaeron and 3 miles north of Cardigan. Melyn-y-Gors is located just a short stroll from a beautiful and secluded National Trust Cove of Cwmtydu with beach, rocks, caves and cliff top path with glorious views. From late summer onwards, Atlantic grey seals can sometimes be seen basking with their pups on Cwmtydu's rocks. There are three guest rooms. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Dolau Cottage is tucked away in the valley of the little River Gido, at Gilfachreda just a few minutes drive (2.2 miles) from the sea front at New Quay. From the cottage, there are walks into the valley and through the woods behind the cottage or along the pretty lane in front of the cottage. With a hill slope on one side covered with ferns and wild flowers, and with the river and meadows on the other, this lane is the perfect place for a gentle evening stroll - or to walk your dog if you bring one - pets are welcome by arrangement.

In our charming 170-year old stone and slate Welsh farmhouse just 20 minutes from New Quay. we offer bed and breakfast accommodation in three bedrooms.
