Cwm Nant Cell is a
delightful newly refurbished, 3 bedroom detached cottage sleeping
six in a rural location only 1 mile from the sandy National Trust
beach of Penbryn. The cottage is ideally situated being close to the
Ceredigion Coast with its Coastal paths and many sandy beaches. It is
also only a mile from the main coast road giving easy access to all
the main towns including Cardigan, Aberaeron and Aberystwyth.

The pretty beaches
of Mwnt, Aberporth, Tresaith, Llangrannog and New Quay are all
within a short drive. The lovely Teifi Valley with its historic
Castles, beautiful scenery and bustling market towns is also within
easy reach. This makes the cottage an ideal centre for boat trips,
canoeing, surfing, fishing (both sea fishing and fresh water) or
just to enjoy the unspoilt scenery of coast and country.
ACCOMMODATION -
Upstairs there are two bedrooms - a large double bedroom and a
smaller twin room with two full size single divans. A newly
appointed bathroom opening onto the landing lies between the two
bedrooms. The stairs are fitted with safety gates at both upper and
lower levels.

Downstairs on the ground floor is the third
bedroom which is equipped with a king size divan. There is a cosy
lounge with a log burning stove, TV with freeview and DVD and a HiFi
system. In the new section of the cottage off the lounge is a well
appointed kitchen, which has an electric stove, microwave oven,
fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Adjacent to the kitchen there is a conservatory/ dining area with
seating for 6. Also in this extension is a newly appointed shower
room with shower, toilet and wash basin.
The cottage is provided with economy 7 heating and hot water, which
is included in the rental price.
Beds will be ready made up on arrival ( towels can be provide on
request at a small additional charge)
A cot and high chair are available on request
Parking There is off road parking for two medium size cars.
Grounds There is a large lawned area with flower beds, a
patio with picnic table and an area for drying clothes with a rotary
clothes line.
Pets. We regret no pets can be accommodated at the cottage.

The cottage is accessed via a gravel drive to the front door. The
grounds are generally level with slope up to the lawned area.
