Middle Barn Cottage is close to New Quay and is approached by a country lane and a farm track. It is situated in quiet and peaceful surroundings, overlooking the sea and the countryside and is just minutes away from the coastal path - an ideal location for walking and watching the unique wildlife of the Cardigan Bay coast. There is one large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, also a bed-settee to sleep 2 in the lounge / dining room. Regret no pets or children under 10.

Rosemary Cottage, near New Quay -  sleeps 8+cot+junior bed

Rosemary Cottage is in a small village close to New Quay and just over half a mile from Cei Bach beach. It sleeps up to 8 adults and has a junior bed and cot as well - equally suitable with a downstairs double with ensuite shower room for just a couple or a smaller group.  There is a spacious garden with a summer house and barbecue and private parking for up to 4 cars.  A pet is welcome.

Parc Gwair is 'Hay Meadow' in Welsh. This is an outstanding centrally-heated country property less than 2 miles from the Cardigan Bay coast with 8 acres of carefully tended meadow and views over the surrounding countryside. There are  Pygmy Goats, Alpacas, Miniature Shetland Ponies, chickens and usually lambs and piglets in the spring. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and a twin. The owners live in the adjacent annexe so you are assured of a warm welcome. Also in the grounds is a luxury caravan that sleeps 4 and can be booked together with the house for larger family groups.

'Croeso' is a spacious centrally heated double-glazed modern house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a small group of houses on a quiet country lane within easy driving distance of New Quay and the beautiful Cardigan Bay coast. Located in Llanarth village on the A487 coast road, this cottage is just a minute's walk from the local shops and bus stop and from the well known Llanina Arms Pub and Restaurant. It is a short drive to the nearby resorts of New Quay and Aberaeron and is conveniently located for exploring the Cardigan Bay coast. Fisherman's Loft is a seaside retreat just a stone's throw from the beach - and even less to the Ship Inn in the charming seaside resort of Llangrannog. The property is circled in the photo on the left.  The property has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is an elevated patio with barbecue and chimenea, that has views over the village and the sea. A pet is welcome and can be taken on one side of the beach on a lead in the summer months.

Stable Cottage offers comfortable, spacious, single story accommodation for two people; it is tucked away in the corner of the farmyard, at the end of a farm lane, so the only passing traffic would be the occasional horse. Pennar Fach is a working farm with sheep and horses, less than two miles from the secret cove of Cwmtydu, which is home and nursery to families of rare seals, which can be seen in the autumn.

Less than 150 yards from a wide sandy beach, the cottage is in the grounds of the owners' Grade II listed 17th-century country mansion. In a beautiful woodland setting, the cottage is divided laterally into two, with each unit on one level with its own separate front door. Recently refurbished and well equipped, the cottage has under floor central heating as well as open fires. Ground floor unit - one double bedroom. First floor unit  - one double and one twin bedroom.
