We specialise in teaching the nervous and the "left it late" adult to swim. Just you, the teacher and NO spectators. Surprise yourself, your family and friends with our one to one method for learning to swim tailored to your needs. The chief swimming instructor is Mrs. Veronica (Roni) Kelly a former physical Education Specialist who will be delighted to chat to you on the telephone, answer your questions and dispel any worries.

In New Quay there is both beach and boat fishing, also nearby in the Cardiganshire countryside are a number of private freshwater fishery lakes with both coarse and trout fishing. In the local rivers, from the Teifi in the south to the Dovey in the north  there is first class Trout, Sea Trout and Salmon fishing.

Bait and tackle is available locally and several fisheries can also provide equipment.

Adventure Beyond and fforest have joined together to form Cardigan Bay Active in coastal Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire with organised courses and activity trips to include canoeing, sea and river kayaking, coasteering, white water rafting, surfing, climbing, bushcrafts and much more.
