	Ger-y-Nant (By the brook) is a delightful cottage in the peaceful hamlet of Nanternis, just 2 miles from the bustling seaside town of New Quay or 3 miles from the safe, sandy beaches of Llangrannog. 	Inside the cottage there is a Lounge with wood-burning stove, television, VCR and DVD. The dining room has an open fireplace. There is a downstairs toilet and a well equipped kitchen with a Rayburn stove, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave etc.
	Upstairs there is the Master Bedroom and a second double bedroom leading to the third bedroom , which has 3 single beds. There is also a Bathroom with a new white suite
	Outside there is a small "lean-to" leading into the private gardens which are stocked with mature shrubs, and have a pond, patio area and brook (Hence Ger-y-Nant –  by the brook!)
Cot and high chair are also available and linen is provided for the beds (but not the cot)  Prices range from £250-£600
